Returns & Exchanges
Eterne wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will accept the purchased item for refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
Returned or exchanged merchandise must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached. Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
International returns are not accepted at this time. Please reach out to email@example.com with any questions.
How do I exchange an item?

The balance of the exchanged item will be used towards the new item and any remaining amount will be credited back to the original form of payment upon delivery. You will receive a confirmation for the new purchase upon completion and exchange for like items will be shipped to you via standard ground shipping at no additional cost.
How do I return an item?
To start a new return, click here.
Once your return begins processing, you will receive a confirmation email. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account to the original of payment used to purchase the item(s). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total return credit. The credit should appear on your next statement.
How do I track my return or refunds?
To track the status of your return, refer to your confirmation email. Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to process. Refunds are administered to the original form of payment originally used for purchase.
