Returns & Exchanges
ÉTERNE wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
- Returned or exchanged merchandise must be new, unused, and returned with all original tags attached.
- Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- International returns are not accepted at this time.

How do I exchange an item?
To start a new exchange, click here. The value of your exchanged item will be applied toward the new item. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment after delivery.
You will receive a confirmation for the new purchase upon completion. Exchanges for like items will be shipped via standard ground shipping at no additional cost.
How do I return an item?
To start a new return, click here. Once your return begins processing, you will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. Refunds should appear on your next statement.
How do I track my return or refund?
To track the status of your return, refer to your return confirmation email. Once we receive your return, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to process. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
